The National Monument
A sculpture that commemorates those who died in Malaysia's struggle for freedom, principally against the Japanese occupation during World War II and the Malayan Emergency, which lasted from 1948 until 1960.
The King’s Palace [Drive pass]
Serves as the official residence of the supreme King of Malaysia, who relocated to Kuala Lumpur in 2011. The palace symbolizes an important part of Malaysia's heritage and is featured on the majority of Kuala Lumpur sightseeing tours.
Sultan Abdul Samad Building & Merdeka Square
Just like London’s four-faced clock tower, Malaysia has its own clock tower to boast of but with a clock on only one side, of course. Nevertheless, that doesn’t make the clock tower any inadequate but instead, the clock tower probably has more significance to shout about as it is situated next to the beautiful and historical Sultan Abdul Samad building. The building is named after the then Sultan of Selangor when the building was constructed.
Merdeka Square
@Dataran Merdeka,situated in front of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building. It was here the Union Flag was lowered and the Malayan flag hoisted for the first time at midnight on August 31, 1957. Since then, Merdeka Square has been the usual venue for the annual Merdeka Parade (National Day Parade)

Also known as the Petronas Twin Towers, are twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat's official definition and ranking, they were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004.
Batu Caves
An iconic and popular tourist attraction in Selangor.Site of a Hindu temple and shrine which attracts thousands of worshippers and tourists, especially during the annual Hindu festival, Thaipusam. Its main attraction is the large statue of the Hindu God Murugan at the entrance, besides a steep 272 climb up its steps to finally view the stunning skyline of the city Centre. Paintings and scenes of Hindu Gods can also be seen in the Ramayana Cave.

Melaka Menara Taming Sari officially opened for business on the 18th of April 2008, Menara Taming Sari is the first and only gyro tower in Malaysia so far. Measuring 110 meters in height, its revolving structure offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Malacca town and beyond. Able to accommodate 80 people per viewing session, which lasts about 7 minutes, the glass cabin hypnotically revolves as it rises from the ground to the top of the tower.

The Hang Li Poh's @Sultan’s Well
It’s a historical water well in Melaka. It is the oldest water well in Malaysia. The well was built in 1459 by the followers of Hang Li Poh as the main water source in the town. After conquering Melaka in 1511, the Portuguese secured the well and used it as their main water source supply. After conquering Melaka in 1677, the Dutch surrounded the well with solid brick walls to protect the well.
Melaka River Cruise
Once dubbed the ‘Venice of the East’ by European seafarers. Today, it is a popular tourist attraction primarily because of the 45-minute River Cruise, which offers tranquil views of colonial buildings, antiquated shop houses, local settlements and ancient bridges as well as modern decorations and local art displays within Malacca.

Sri Poyyatha Vinayagar Moorthi Temple is one of the first Hindu temples built in Malaysia. Opened in 1781, the rectangular-shaped temple is on a plot of land that was donated by the religiously tolerant Dutch back in the day and features a Dutch architectural style.

At the resort, you can also experience the thrill of riding around in a thoroughbred horse in the open countryside. The resort has quite a number of horses which are thoroughbred and are there at the disposal of the guests. All these horses are provided by the A’Famosa Equestrian Club, which boasts of an impressive collection of thoroughbred horses. If horse-riding is not your thing, you can as well jump onto a horse-drawn carriage with your loved one for a romantic ride through the resort.

Microlight
Since the beginning of powered flight countless people have been seduced by the idea of taking to the skies yet doing so affordably was the biggest obstacle for most. As a result, aviation authorities soon came up with lightweight, slow-flying aircraft also known as microlight planes. These airplanes –– are a good way to feel the exhilaration of being free as a bird.
