DAY 01
ARRIVE KOLKATA
Meeting by local representative on arrival and assistance at the airport.

DAY 02
BREAKFAST
IN KOLKATA
After breakfast proceed to visit:
St. Pauls Cathedral Church.
Victoria Memorial Hall - a large marble building in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, which was built between 1906 and 1921, and you can enjoy Tanga Ride beside Victoria Memorial.
Howrah Bridge - a propped cantilever bridge with a suspended span over the Hooghly River in West Bengal, India.
Dakshineswar Temple - is a locality in Kamarhati Municipality of North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is close to Kolkata and also a part of the area covered by Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority.
Belurmath – Beluṛ Maṭh is the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission, founded by Swami Vivekananda, the chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. It is located on the west bank of Hooghly River, Belur, West Bengal, India and is one of the significant institutions in Kolkata.
Return back to hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 03
BREAKFAST
KOLKATA – BHUBANESHWAR (BY FLGHT)
After breakfast transfer to airport for departure to Bhubneshwar, the capital of the East Indian state of Odisha.
Bhubaneswar - is an ancient city in India’s eastern state of Odisha, formerly Orissa. Many temples built from sandstone are dotted around Bindu Sagar Lake in the old city, including the 11th-century Hindu Lingaraja Temple. Outside Rajarani Temple are sculpted figures of the guardians of the 8 cardinal and ordinal directions. Jain antiques, weaponry and indigenous pattachitra paintings fill the Odisha State Museum.
On arrival meeting and assistance at airport and then transfer to hotel.
In the afternoon guided sightseeing tour of the very ancient metropolis city. Start the tour excursion to Udayagiri & Khandagiri Caves, formerly called Katak Caves which are partly natural and partly artificial caves of archaeological, historical and religious importance. The caves are situated on two adjacent hills, Udayagiri and Khandagiri. They have a number of finely and ornately carved caves built during 2nd century BCE. It is believed that most of these caves were carved out as residential blocks for Jain monks during the reign of King Kharavela. Udayagiri means "Sunrise Hill" and has 18 caves while Khandagiri has 15 caves.
On the return journey back to hotel visit the Tribal Museum (closed on Monday).

DAY 04
BREAKFAST
BHUBANESHWAR - RAGHURAJPUR – PURI (59 KM/1 HRS 20 MINS & 10 KMS/ 25 MINS)
Afterr breakfast proceed for half day guided temple tour in the city.
Lingaraj Temple - a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and one of the oldest standing temples in Bhubaneswar. The temple is believed to be built by the kings from the Somavamsi dynasty, with later additions from the Ganga rulers.
Parsurameswar Temple - considered the best preserved specimen of an early Orissan Hindu temple dated to the Shailodbhava period between the 7th and 8th centuries CE. The temple is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva and is one of the oldest existing temples in the state. It is believed to have been built around 650 CE in Nagara style and has all the main features of the pre-10th century Orissan-style temples. The temple is one among the Parashurameshvara group of temples.
Mukteswar Temple - one of the most prominent temples of Bhubaneswar, has been constructed in the style that is quite similar to the one used in the Kalinga School of Temple Architecture and known as the 'gem of Odisha architecture’)
Rajarani Temple - an 11th-century Hindu Temple locally known as a "love temple" because of the erotic carvings of women and couples in the temple. Various historians place the original construction date between the 11th and 12th centuries, and have placed it roughly belonging to the same period as the Jagannath Temple at Puri. The architecture of other temples in central India is believed to have originated with this temple, the notable ones being the Khajuraho temples and Totesvara Mahadeo temple in Kadawa.
Towards afternoon drive to Temple town of Puri.
En route visit Raghurajpur a heritage crafts village known for its master Pattachitra painters, an art form which dates back to 5 BC in the region and Gotipua dance troupes, the precursor to the Indian classical dance form of Odissi.
Apart from that, the village is also home to crafts like Tussar paintings, palm leaf engravings; stone and wood carvings, wooden, cow dung and paper Mache toys, and masks.
Continue journey to Puri along the sea. O arrival transfer to hotel.
Thereafter free for own leisure and activities. One may enjoy the evening sun, spend time at the beach or take a stroll and marvel at the tiny kiosks selling all kind of trinkets, set up all along the beach near Puri town.

DAY 05
BREAKFAST
PURI - SATPARA ( CHILKA LAKE SIDE) – PURI (100 KM/2 HRS)
After breakfast proceed for full day guided excursion tour of Satapada, Chilika Lake.
En route drive past “Sri Jagannath Temple complex, an important Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Jagannath, a form of lord Vishnu. The temple is an important pilgrimage destination and one of the four great 'Char Dham' pilgrimage sites, found at India's four cardinal points. The present temple was rebuilt from the 10th century onwards, on the site of an earlier temple the temple is famous for its annual Ratha Yatra, or chariot festival, in which the three principal deities are pulled on huge and elaborated designed chariots.
Also visit Chilka Center where you will find many details about Chilika like fishing types, fishing communities, species available, birds visiting Chilika lake, Bio diversity etc. From the 1st floor a panoramic view of Chilka Lake can be seen.
Evening return to Puri.

DAY 06
BREAKFAST
PURI – KONARK - DHAULI – BHUBANESWAR - KOLKATA (41 KM/1 HR 66 KM & 1 HR 35 MIN & FLIGHT)
After breakfast proceed for full day guided tour to Konarak Sun Temple & Chandrabhaga beach which hosts an annual sand festival along with Konark Beach Festival in February.
After with sightseeing, continue the journey to Bhubaneswar.
En route stop to visit Dhauli hills located on the banks of the river Daya, 8 km south of Bhubaneswar. It is a hill with vast open space adjoining it, and has major Edicts of Ashoka engraved on a mass of rock, by the side of the road leading to the summit of the hill. It is presumed that the great Kalinga war was fought here. The rock-cut elephant above the Edicts is the earliest Buddhist sculpture of Odisha. The Daya River is said to have turned red with the blood of the many deceased after the battle, and enabled Ashoka to realize the magnitude of horror associated with war. He saw to it that Dhauli became an important center of Buddhist activities.
On arrival in Bhubaneswar transfer to airport for departure to Kolkata.
Upon arrival, meeting and assistance by local representative and transfer to hotel.

DAY 07

KOLKATA - ONWARD DESTINATION
After breakfast free time for own activities till transfer to airport for departure to onward destinations.
