In the event where customer decided not to join any or the tour as per itinerary, we will hold no responsibility for client safety or any incident that happen during that day.

In the event where customer chooses not to join the tour as per itinerary with shopping stop, we will impose a penalty fee of RM 630/per person. Penalty fee will collected directly by tour guide in Korea
