Among the well-known Jyothir Linga temples in North India, the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi is one of the most revered, drawing pilgrims from across the globe. DAY 01

ARRIVAL MUMBAI

  • On arrival with meeting and assistance at the airport, our local representative will meet to welcome and escort you to the Hotel. While the room keys and check-in is organized, our representative will also hand over the “Welcome Folder” documents and brief you the tour Programmed.

MUMBAI– BHIMASHANKAR – NASIK (167 KMS/03 HRS)

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to:
  • Siddhi Vinayak temple – The Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shri Ganesh. It is located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, and Maharashtra. The inner roof of the sanctum is plated with gold, and the central statue is of Ganesha. In the periphery, there is a Hanuman temple as well.
  • Later drive to Bhimashankar Temple (1ST Jyotirlinga).
  • Bhimashankar Temple – a Jyotirlinga shrine located 50 km northwest of Khed, near Pune, in India. It is located 127 km from Shivajinagar in the Ghat region of the Sahyadri Mountains. Bhīmāshankar is also the source of the river Bhima, which flows southeast and merges with the Krishna River near Raichur.
  • And later transfer to Nasik.
  • Nashik is an ancient holy city in Maharashtra, a state in western India. It’s known for its links to the “Ramayana” epic poem. On the Godavari River is Panchavati, a temple complex. Nearby, Lord Rama was thought to have bathed at Ram Kund water tank, today attended by Hindu devotees.
  • Shri Kalaram Sansthan Mandir is an ancient shrine to Rama, while Rama and Sita are said to have worshipped at Sita Gufaa caves.

  • Later drive to Aurangabad.
  • Aurangabad is a city in Maharashtra state, in India. It’s known for the 17th-century marble BibikaMaqbara shrine, styled on the TajMahal. The nearby ShivajiMaharaj Museum, dedicated to the Maratha king Shivaji, displays war weapons and a coin collection. North of the city, the Aurangabad Caves comprise ancient, rock-cut Buddhist shrines. West of the city, battlements surround the medieval Daulatabad Fort.

  • Train leaves at 7:40 AM and takes 5 hours to reach Jasidih. Reach Jasidih station at 12:00 PM – meet our driver and drive to Deoghar.
  • Deoghar is a holy city beside the Mayurakshi River, in the east Indian state of Jharkhand. The ancient Baba Baidyanath Temple complex is a significant Hindu pilgrimage site. Nearby, Shiv Ganga is a sacred pool where devotees of Shiva bathe. There is a shrine to Krishna in the ornate, stone-carved NaulakhaMandir temple. Northeast of town, Harila Jori is the site of a whitewashed Shiva temple and a sacred water tank”.

  • Shri Bajinath Dham (10th Jyotirling) – Baidyanath Jyotirlinga temple, also known as Baba Baidyanathdham and Baidyanathdham is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the most sacred abodes of Shiva. It is located in Deoghar in the Santhal Parganas division of the state of Jharkhand, India.

  • Morning after breakfast transfer to Jasidih, on arrive drive to railway station to broad train to Varanasi.

  • Early morning take a boat ride at Holy Ganges and visit:
  • Sri Kashi Vishwanath (11th Jyotirlinga). After Darshan visit Annapurna Temple. Return back to hotel for breakfast. Afternoon visit Sankat Mochan templeBharat Mata MandirNew Vishwanath Mandir.
  • Later in the evening attend Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.

VARANASI TO DELHI BY FLIGHT AND THEN DRIVE – HARIDWAR

  • Morning after breakfast transfer to Varanasi to Haridwar.  Later to reach Haridwar.
  • Haridwar is an ancient city and important Hindu pilgrimage site in North India’s Uttarakhand state, where the River Ganges exits the Himalayan foothills. The largest of several sacred ghats (bathing steps), Har Ki Pauri hosts a nightly Ganga Aarti (river-worshipping ceremony) in which tiny flickering lamps are floated off the steps of worshipers.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Haridwar.

  • Arrive Haridwar train station at 4:30 AM – Meet our driver transfer to hotel. Spend few hours at hotel to relax. After breakfast visit Mata Mansa Devi Temple and Chandi Devi Temple.
  • Also visit Daksh Temple and attend evening Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Haridwar.

HARIDWAR – GUPTKASHI (203 KM/07 HRS)

  • After breakfast at hotel checkout and drive to Guptkashi.
  • Guptakashi, Gupta Kashi or Guptkashi is a fairly large town located at an elevation of 1,319 metres in the Kedar-khanda, in Garhwal Himalayas of Rudraprayag district in Uttrakhand, India. It is known for its ancient Vishwanath Temple dedicated to the god Shiva, which is similar to the one in Varanasi.
  • Upon arrival check in at a hotel. After some rest visit Ardh Nareshwar Mahadev Temple.
  • Evening free to relax. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Guptkashi.

  • After breakfast at hotel checkout and drive to Guptkashi.

GUPTKASHI – GOURIKUND – KEDARNATH – GUPTKASHI  (26 KMS/01 HRS)

  • After early breakfast drive to Gaurikund from where you have to trek or hire a pony to cover 19 km journey to Kedarnath.
  • Kedarnath is a town in the Indian state of Uttarakhand and has gained importance because of Kedarnath Temple. It is a nagarpanchayat in Rudraprayag district.
  • Later continue drive to Shri Kedarnath (12th Jyotirlinga).
  • Kedarnath Mandir (Kedarnath Temple) is a Hindu temple (shrine) dedicated to Lord Shiva. Pandavas were supposed to have pleased Shiva by doing penance in Kedarnath. The temple is one of the four major sites in India’s Chota Char Dham pilgrimage of Northern Himalayas. This temple is the highest among the 12 Jyotirlingas.
  • Return back to Guptkashi. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Guptkashi.

GUPTKASHI – RISHIKESH (105 KM/05 HRS)

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Rishikesh.
  • Rishikesh is a city in India’s northern state of Uttarakhand, in the Himalayan foothills beside the Ganges River. The river is considered holy, and the city is renowned as a center for studying yoga and meditation. Temples and ashrams (centers for spiritual studies) line the eastern bank around Swarg Ashram, a traffic-free, alcohol-free and vegetarian enclave upstream from Rishikesh town.
  • Arrive Rishikesh and check in at Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Rishikesh.
